what can i do to lose the 5 pounds? maybe get stronger a little bit. i dont really have weights.

If done in a healthy manner, it will take a couple of weeks to lose 5 pounds. You can increase your strength without weights by using your own body as resistance. Pushups, situps, squats, chinups are all great examples... any exercise where you lower and raise your body against gravity.

if you lift weights ..you have to realize that muscels weigh more thn fat.
