i had my appendix removed when i was 13 yrs old, my symptoms were, extream nausea, constant vomiting. if the nausea and vomiting for a hole day. go see your doctor right away.
another way to be able to tell if your appendix is bloated is by pressing down on your right side lower abdomen and release fast, and if feels like a sharp knife pain. that's it your appendix is ready to explode. take care.

first your appendix burst and then u feel sharp pain in stomach
u go to the doc, hopefully she will not misdiagnose u for some stomach virus.
Then u cannot keep any food at all down, then it gets worser until it knocks u down and u feel like a monster is crushing u to death.
U call 9-11 and if they tell u they have no available rescue, call a neighbor up the road and get to the hospital.

You will feel acute (sharp) pain at your right side and you cannot bend your leg. The pain is too extreme, that is when you know you have appendicitis.
==============================================
Found this for your reference :---
Your appendix is in the right lower quadrant of your abdomen. It is found at the point where your small intestine and large intestine join.
Question - Where is your appendix, the left side or the right
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Most people have their appendix on the right side, however, some
people have it on the left. What I think you are actually asking deals with the fact that due to the poor nerve configuration in the lower abdomen, people perceive to feel an infected appendix on the opposite side of the body cavity than it actually is located.

it's like love, when you know it... you REALLY know it!
nnn, it shouldn't depend on your criteria, there are several causes of abdominal pain and some of them should not be taken slightly.
An appendicitis is checked by clinical symptoms (what you feel, great-extreme pain) and signs (exploration made by a physician)
also a biochemical test will give some clues.
