Ibuprofen has negligible levels in milk and is classified in my source as Category 1.
Paracetamol ("Tylenol") is classified as Level 2 largely because small amount will pass thru the milk, but no adverse effects have been noted.
Codeine is also Level 1.
Sop, as long as you keep within correct dosages, then any of these will be fine.

Call your Dentist RIGHT NOW!!! you are a nursing mother with an infection and in a lot of pain. Drs set aside time for emgergency/urgent care. If YOUR Dr doesn't have time avail today, perhaps another Dr in the office can see you.

Get to a dentist, pronto!! If you don't you might end up losing that tooth or worse having the infection spread and going to the milk.

Best you visit your dentist
and you can take

Iboprofen 400 mg three times daily - every 8 hours
or
Paracetamol 500 mg three times daily - every 8 hours

Good luck

Is there a reason that you haven't seen your dentist about this? Do so, and tell him/her that you are a nursing mother. Appropriate meds will be prescribed and other actions taken.

Don't ask anyone here, your baby's health is at stake. Call your doctor first thing and ask him.
