Admin requires the least technical training. IIRC, the tech school is only about 2-3 weeks. But this SHOULD NOT drive your choice of job. YOU"RE going to be doing this for 4-6 years, not your spouse. Pick a job you're interested in. Bottom line is you are going to be separated from him-whether in tech school, TDY or deployment. Regardless of your choice.

Just remember during your first 4 years you must be away from your husband for at least 15 months. All schools are at least 6 months long. ( Basic:...two months...that includes the first two weeks processing into boot camp then 6 weeks training.....then about 4 months training for the job with the least technical training.....Security Police....3 months. However, if you become a dog handler it's another 3 months on top of that so we are talking about 9 months training right there). Mess management specialist is 3 to 4 months. ( fancy name for cook ) All in all it's not easy. Out of 4 years you may be with your husband for about 18 months. Not good. The military is first......Your family comes in second. Ask any Veteran. If you go then I hope you have better luck than I did while I was in the Air Force. Best to you. (....Note::: An update here......Basic training...7 weeks ......Air Force school.....6 to 8 months....total of about 9 months not living with your husband )

some people swear that cooks are the smartest people in the military...relatively little required training, and they always seem to get really nice reenlistment bonuses (because it's hard to keep them in).
