I hate to sound like a nag (excuse the pun) but ketamine is a HORSE tranquilliser!!!!
You should there for not need to know the side affects unless you own a horse or you are a vet! In that case there are no severe side effects for the horse, it literally just makes them sleep so care can be administered-a bit like a general anaesthetic.
How ever if you choose to take it yourself, you will become dozy, hallucinate, and generally feel quite unwell-I have never really worked out what the appeal is in it, and if you think its a good idea you are a bit of a donkey!
Please don't do it-I'm not against drugs, but I'm not a big fan of death either-and it's a likely outcome of taking ketamine!

Side effects not yet included to your query include seizures in patients with known seizure history. The mind altering affects may lead to dangerous and harmful consequences. Side effects are compounded with other medication and alcohol.

hallucinations are the main one- ketamine is an analogue of LSD.
additionally, there are sympathomimetic side effects from catecholamine release, so you have epinephrine-related side effects. things like elevated blood pressure, fast heart rate, salivation, etc...

Well, apart from a long sleep (permanent in a lot of cases), you'll wake up with a burning desire to run down race courses and leap over hedges and fences. Your idea of a meal will turn to oats and hay and you'll want to sleep outside in a stable. DON'T do it man !!!
