Think worst case scenario. You get pregnant or an STD at 14. Even with condoms or other birth control methods, pregnancy is a possibility. Getting pregnant at 14 would pretty much ruin your life. I would wait until the idea of getting pregnant is not so terrifying.

Well you are very lucky to have a boyfriend at this age who says he will wait because he loves you so much. And you both are so young and have so much time to each other. You have plenty of time to seek out your'e careers and life and get it all together. And after that years and years and decades and decades to have sex together when you have it all together. Nice and cosy, safe and secure. The best of all worlds. Therefore , by all means. wait. You two are doing the right thing.
And others who will pressure you? In years hence ,if and when you have made the wrong choice, will they come forth and exchange their lives for yours to make up for what they pressure you. No-they will say, cowardly, "Ah, it was their choice". Then if that is so then why the hell are they pressuring you? Tell them to bud out of your'e s lives , the lives they would not dare replace if the wrong choices are made , and to mind their own business. Put this proprosition to them and when they shirk- tell them to put up or shut up. It is you and your boyfriend's lives. You two are the ones who will have to take any consequences for the decisions you both have made. It is YOUR'E s lives . As for the others who pressure- to hell with them. Your'e two decisions are the only ones that count. Tell other to mind their own bloody business. Take the life and the choices you two want , you have a very good relationship. And there is a saying: IF IT AIN'T BROKE-DON'T FIX IT. Take your lives-it is your right and destiny. And good luck.

u should wait to have sex. your virginity is precious and once u lose it, u can't get it back. Don't let anybody pressure u into doing something u don't want 2 do. u should wait until u get married. It's a lot of diseases going around now. what if u get pregnant? U can't take care of a baby at 14. Don't pay attention 2 what they say! it's your life and u have to deal with the consequences.

You are only 14 @#!#$!!!! You have barely begun to live life. Once you loose your virginity, you can NEVER get it back! You will definitely regret having sex at this age. Your peers are just talking! Friends would never pressure you to do something you know to be wrong and is not right for you. You are the only person who will live with what you do in life, not your peers.
You do what is right, wait till marriage. Wish I had lol. It is difficult to live w/ regrets. Please learn from my regret/ life lesson so you dont have to learn the hard way. Too many other life lessons are waiting for you.
Pray for help to abstain, have patience and guidance.
No, I am not trying to give a holier than thou answer, just one I wish I had listened to and followed.
Keep that boyfriend, he respects you and what God has said to do :-) Kudos to more men like him!

Is being a virgin a bad thing? Is it ever? Was it ever? No, it wasn't. What's the rush? Slow down a bit and don't take heed to the peer pressure. I know some of my mates regret not being a virgin because they wish they could of lost it to the special someone.

Your boyfriend is extremely rare and cherish that. It's really hard to find males that have sex and if he's willing to wait that's amazing. But to answer your question, your 14, that's a bit young. I would really suggest waiting because does it matter if you lose it now? There's always pressure but oh well, you have a b/f that doesn't care to have sex, so no worries.

Don't fall for peer pressure. What a sweet heart if he will wait, besides both of you are really really young to even be thinking about that right now. WAIT! till you are atleast 18 and in a committted relationship.

Virginity is the most precious thing you have. I just turned 15 and my bf is 17 and we feel the same way. I am too young and he won't pressure me. Stay strong. There are few people who are willing to wait and even fewer who won't try to pressure you. Just keep it simple. Making out is the farthest I have gone. We love it too. Just stay true to yourself. Don't do anything you will regret.

Keep on thinking that way Young Lady. You are only 14 and should be worrying about your school work and your future. Keep your virginity for as long as possible. Don't rush it. You will never get it back once you give it away.

Stick to your guns, Robin. Once its gone you can't get it back so when you give it, it needs to be to someone that matters... don't do it because everyone else is. You will know when the time is right.
