The rule of thumb for an adult (18 years and older) is allow 5 pound of weight for each inch of height you have over 5 feet. Therefore, if you are 5 feet, 7 inches, your ideal weight would be approximately 135 pounds. According to the "Better Ideal Weight Body Calculations," your ideal weight is 133 lbs.
Determining your ideal weight is colored by a number of factors. And it would be prudent to talk with your family doctor, in the company of your parent(s), before you do anything.
One thing you can do, no matter what, is maintain a sensible and healthy diet. That means make certain you have three meals that contain a vegetable, starch, protein, milk product. Make certain you have about two snacks per day that are healthy food (fruit, cheese); have one around midday and another around mid afternoon.
You can probably get away with eating 1500 calories per day without undue weight gain that would cause obesity. If you are an active teen, you won't have to worry about this unless there is a health uncondition.

It sounds like you're a bit small, but you haven't really started puberty... part of puberty is gaining weight... it will come, but in the mean time enjoy having a high metabolism... eat whatever you want!!
