Ok, I totally hate my brother, like he is my half brother and I totally have no love for him at all. He is such a jerk and he smart mouths me and my parents all the time and they dont really do much about it. He is spoiled by his grandma too...would I be wrong to just beat the **** out of him if he keeps being a little ***?

They need to do something about it, I think. But hey, that's just me.
My advice to you is to just try avoid him at all costs. If you gotta be with him, kill him nicely with kindness. That or just tell him to stop being that way and grow up. If he hits you though, you can hit him back I think. Just don't like punch him if he hits you. Only punch and kick to protect yourself-but not because you hate that person. No matter how hard it may be.
If that doesn't work, then you need to tell your parents how you feel and ask them if they can help you out by saying something to your brother. Talk to his grandma if you want. Exaggerate a little bit to her if you have to. If his Grandma is caring and stuff, then she'll give him a talk.
If THAT doesn't work either, talk to the counselor at school.

Well it would be wrong if you beat the **** out of him but sometimes it does help. So just go with the flow.

No you would not because he talks back to you and if you need other girls to help he beat him up then you should get other girls so you could have some girls hold him down

yes i it would i have a brother too and it gets bad sometimes but nomatter what happens if you beat the living daylights outnof him there will always be trouble afterwards...how do i no been there done that.

no hunny do it teach him some respect my bro is 18 and im 13 and it sounds like he acts just like my brother sept hell kick my a** for no reason so i get his @ss in trouble lol
