I mean, that's the lamest excuse ever that no guy will buy. I don't mind if people don't diet, but to say that you won't diet because your breasts will look too small is really lame.

I don't think it's lame for a woman to say that. Society has put out an ideal image of a woman and that image includes supple breasts. Because the breasts are made up of fat tissue a loss of fat will of course cause the breast size to change. If a woman is insecure about how she fits into the ideal image then yes she may not want to lose weight for fear of not fitting in. And depending on her experience with guys and how they put emphasis on breasts, her fears may be further compounded.

So yes I think it is a valid concern. I have always been smaller up top and when I dieted I got even smaller. Part of me did not like that and part of me realized that my breasts were not the only sexy thing about me.

I don't actually need to lose weight, but I wouldn't mind losing a few inches of my hips. However, I don't have particularly large breasts so losing any inches off them, they will fade into oblivion, but my hips will still not be that small. I don't see the point in trading one problem for another or in my case, ending up with no boobs and still having big hips. It not lame, it's just how some women feel. You'd understand if you were born a female. There is so much pressure on us to have everything just perfect and it doesn't always work that way.

HTH : )

When you concider that the female breast is mostly fat cells, and most women will lose their fat from their faces and breasts first, I say that is a valid point.

Instead of suggesting your girlfriend go on a diet, why not encourage her to excercise more? You could go for walks together, or go swiming together. Stuff like that. Toning the body is a much better suggestion than dieting, and your girlfriend will appreciate your willingness to excercise with her.

Reduce the stress. Your stress hormone cortisol might be activated by extremely low-calorie weight loss plans, intense training, lack of sleep and day-to-day worries, which ends in a spike in glucose levels as part of your blood. More worryingly, it can promote blocked arteries and fat build-up around your internal organs, putting you at risk of diabetes and heart disease. The only real prescription for this is to… chill out.

Always start your meal having a salad. It'll fill you in place, making you eat less with the actual meal, and it's way fewer calories than typical deep-fried or maybe cheesy apps.
