Read a book, take a sleep aid, drink some milk. You aren't alone, I once went an entire night without falling asleep...not fun.

breath in....take a shower/get ready..brush my theeth,and then here my favorite music with lights off and door closed...and maybe i get to sleep..again,and relax

you put dried lavendar in your pillow and get a good night's sleep.
