Gorgonzola is simply blue cheese from Italy. Check in the free-standing deli rounder (well, oval) where they seell pre-packaged sandwiches, pizzas, and gourmet cheeses. If you can't find Gorgonzola per se, you can sub Roquefort (French), Maytag (US), or other blue cheese.

Walmart has everything!
If Walmart doesn't have it-you don't need it....
But yes, even our Walmart in very rural Missouri carries a nice selection of blues [Gorgonzola, Maytag, something Spanish, and Danish blue (of course)], as well as Brie, Manchego, Parmasan, etc...

I don't think so but it depends on where you are, if you're in southern California the chances are slim to none. I would check a specialty store in your area the chances are greater that they carry it vs. Wal-mart. Good luck.... I love Gorgonzola, it's really good in Polenta.

Right, in the deli, or in the dairy case. You might not find it every day, but the Walmart nearest me - in Oneida, New York - usually has it.

you would find it on that deli shelf of stuff they have just before the hot deli ready food case. At least that is where it is in my local store.

Seriously doubt it. Deli would be the best bet.
