Why do so many people on here believe that illegal aliens have a right to be in this country?

My last question I asked just a couple of hours ago was loaded with the most idiotic remarks I have ever heard. I cannot even begin to understand why some people believe those illegal aliens( and yes they are called illegal aliens; Websters definition of "illegal Alien"- a resident born in or belonging to another country who has not acquired citizenship by naturalization) have a right to be here. They have no rights. And for some that say they pay taxes, I'd like to see all there paycheck stubs that show that taxes were taken out. Come on why are people being so nieve about this whole issue. If you think that it is bad for the U. S. to control our borders and not let in illegals because you claim we stole it form the indians when the europeans first came here then why would you think that we would not want that to happen to us. Why should we let our contry get overpowered by lawless illegals? So please only real answers that do not have some stupid remark about me the author.

Most of them are idiots and really do not have a clue. They buy into that "they just want a better life crap" it has everything to do with feel good and nothing to do with common sense. They may have a PHD in underwater basket weaving but they dropped out of common sense 101 in the first grade. Yes some do pay taxes but most don't. The ones that do pay taxes are often eligible for refunds of more than they paid in due to earned income credit. The fact is most milk the system for all that it is worth.

The children born to illegal alien mothers are immediately eligible for Aid To Families With Dependent Children - AFDC. Illegal alien mothers can and do receive even $2,000 a month in benefits - it depends upon how many US citizen children she has spawned.

San Diego has tried to force these illegal alien mothers to perform some kind of work to get this money. The illegal's present Modus Operandi is to have the checks mailed to a US Post Office box at the border and have someone collect the checks for them. In Mexico she can live like a queen on $2,000 a month. How well could you live on $2,000 a month…. in Mexico?

It is in my believe that there is a lot of people who have answered this question that have no idea what there talking about. Well i plan to answer this question from the inside. Although i did not entered here illegally i still do not acquire my Green card or any benefit of that kind. First of Just ask your self this who is it that you see in the kitchen of and middle class restaurant Americans or Mexicans? Have you ever wondered that? Ill tell you why cause they are not given the right to do anything better. Some time ago i heard some b/s that "The Mexicans are taking all our jobs away" Well that's weird cause all the ones who have previously answered this question seem to believe they are the greatest race ever but how is it that Americans having all the rights of this great country still doesn't manage to get the job over the Mexican?This question is quite easy, its because we the Mexicans do have it ruff back home we do know that one must work there *** off to make it.And whats all this Crap that some don't pay taxes? everyone that works here in the u.s get taxes deducted on there check every month no matter what. If anything They don't pay taxes on properties but that's just cause they don't have the privilege on buying them. So to me its all ignorance of the Americans this country has so many different race its stupid to believe that some people think that they don't belong here because they were not born but just look around your surrounding and you will soon find out that at lease one person you know descended from a different race. I am widely open to some opinions so please reply.

I don't think it is their concept that America needs them for hard labor. I think it is a concept that Americans have applied to illegal aliens. How many Americans are actually willing to take the low paying job that has them swabbing toilets? Not many most would take that job go to college and take a high paying job in an office, in a management position, etc. I think illegal aliens are taking these jobs to move their families from Mars, Saturn, Venus, etc. as quickly as best they can because of the condition that they live in or wanting a better life.

Well I certainly do not believe the ratio is anywhere like 60 /40!
Most of the people who think illegals have rights in this country, has an agenda or are simply repeating what they have heard, because they are incapable of thinking for themselves.
No one in their right mind wont's to be robbed, raped and pillaged.
I certainly DO NOT Believe Illegals have a right to be here, or any other right for that matter. Not in this country. It is about time we are represented by our elected officials. If we do not speak up and let our officials know how we feel, it will not get better.

I understand your argument. You say that a law that is not helping nice people but is helping people who have unconcious feelings unleash those feelings in the form most rediculous and unnecesary. There are quiet agreements that are made to help our neighbors to the south and one of those is to help them avoid such a disabling financial situation get so bad not even we will be able to help.We need those folks here to help pay the bill incurred to have a safe and friendly country south of our border. Not far from Mexico to the south is Hugo Chavez and he does not like us. He would love for the Mexicans to abandon this country and join the ranks of the rest of the marxist US hating hords who are organized and ready at any moment to leap up and turn Mexico into a ruin unable to interfere with the rest of the destruction throughout the Americas where only the US in truth is the only roadblock to total reversal of humanity and the reduction of civilization so as to give only those few enough power to rule. And of course you are giving all the help they need by allowing yourself to believe that all our problems will be solved by the removal of the "illegals" from the US. Why not just derrogate the law and reform it into something that conduces our conduct in a better and more receptive manner that reflects our true and generous and great reality that is also theirs. If not and you succeed are you willing to pay more for your tomatoes, corn, and the list goes on and on to have someone legal pick that stuff for you? No you wouldnt and dont want to anyways.

it could be about subpoena rights and ammendments on pass and referendum. Citizens are supposed to become older and respect acts and commisions, so are folks from outside, legally of course, they are meant and asked to repeat procedures without delay so they can remain with no legal action deposited against their allowances or affidavits, if this is true, then they have the right to be in this country after they come in dominion of self and have no crimes against their accountability, according to law. Some are to be required as well some efforts into nationality and temporary relief on taxes and trustfunds, meaning they can pay their stay to statehood and commisions of health. That should be all to agencies. Now some get detected and run out because they overstay their duties and perform some acts considered by some as pernicious or malevolous, this is in contempt of court of law, so my words should not be taken as truth. Truth is many come to work, abide lawfully and respect family and society itself, not its representation, which has no common faces and very much are but trouble to common population.

I honestly don't know why some people think they have a right to be here. If they knew anything, they would know that the illegal aliens are doing more harm to our country than good. They're stealing from us by means of social security, medicare, etc. It isn't fair for them to be here.

This whole immigration issue just makes me sick. I have to bust my *** like everyone else to make ends meet. Why then should my tax dollars have to go to help someone out who came into the country illegally? The answer is, they shouldn't. If you came into the country LEGALLY, welcome, pull up a chair. If you came in illegallly, you broke our laws to come in the country in the first place. How can we be sure you won't constantly break them? Also, why do we have to change for you? If you are coming into the country, learn the language. Learn how to read the language. This is the U.S. We speak English. Our signs should be in English. Obey the law.

You will not find a logical answer from a person who thinks it's fine to have illegals come here. You can argue stats, and figures til you are blue in the face, they won't change their little minds. It is usually the hard working , independent American citizens, who are educated that understand the illegal alien issues and how they affect us. So, don't even bother, I have tried. Obviously thats all you really know of them and should further educate yourself! illegal aliens do pay taxes and Id be happy to show you the last 7 years of one illegal aliens stubs and prove that to you, you need to stop being so nieve and realize that they do pay taxes that at the end of the year they dont get to go claim wich I agree is their fault but where do you think all that unclaimed tax money goes to???
