My husbands family has a large orchard we grow 100 different variety of apples. My husband will eat the whole apple, core & all. Always has. Doesn't bother him at all. He may eat 6 apples a day or more. I think if you would eat a bushel of apple seeds that may have an effect on you. But several apples no.

No, not bad. The seeds will not be digested, but that's OK. Fibers are good for you, and they don't get digested either. Oranges are another issue: they are painted to look more orange and sell better (so I heard anyhow). So eating the peal is definitely not good for you.

Apple seeds, in large quantities, are bad for you. They contain cyanide and if you eat enough of them in a short period of time, they can make you very sick or kill you.
