Not sure if any of that number includes country code..area code.. or if thats just the actual number.It was given to me in spaces..Just like I just typed

I live in NZ. It sounds like an old-fashioned NZ cellphone number, of which there are still many in use. The latest cellphone numbers here begin with 027. To dial the number you've given, dial your country's international access code, then 64 for NZ, then the number 21 83 83 43. You leave out the 0 when dialling from overseas.

it is a mobile phone number, NZ = 64 then the number, omit the zero
