Hi,
Ginkgo Biloba is recommended when circulation is bad and this could be caused by stress and ringing in ears a result.
Find it in your vitamin section WalMart or others.

It's called tinnitus, if you have chronic ringing and buzzing sounds in your ears. Is there an occasional clicking sound that lasts for a few seconds? I have it, too.
There is no cure for it. There are feedback programs that teach the brain to ignore it, but they are expensive.
I've noticed that if I eat starchy, high-carbohydrate types of food, the hissing and ringing gets worse.
I don't have high blood pressure, btw. I have low blood pressure.

I have had tinnitus for several years. There is no none cure. Stress brings it on for many people. You may want to have your hearing check by an Ear Nose and Throat doctor to make sure you have no hearing loss.

ringing in the ears is often a sign of high blood pressure -- that would go along with the stress, too
go to a doctor & get it checked out
