What kinds of guys are you after? I'd LOVE to date a virgin. I'm also a virgin. And I'm 21, so I'm probably older than you are (although I do see some 25 year old virgins asking questions on here once in a while). Don't be in such a hurry to lose your virginity -- save it for marriage. I am indeed dating a virgin and i find nothing at all wrong with it.
If you date for love then being a virgin is only going to help you find a more perfect and loving boyfriend who cares a respects you and he will wait untill you are ready
If you date for fun, (having a good time(sex)) then you wouldnt/wont be a virgin much longer so dont worry.

Where are you picking up the guys? Maybe you should try some Christian singles websites, or take a closer look in the personal ads in your local paper. A lot of it depends on your age, too. The younger you are the more you are exposed to younger, more immature boys. It doesn't really get much better if you do your man- hunting at a local bar. Might as well be the local high school. Here's what you do. Don't bring it up until you absolutely have to. The longer it takes to bring it up, the better the guy.
