I would say something like "juego de maquillaje".
But "maquillaje" expresses the kind of makeup like base/foundation, and, frankly, I'm not sure if other kinds of makeup are included.
So you might want to say something like "juego de sombras" (eyeshadow kit) or name the specific kind of makeup that is in the kit.
"juego" usually expresses the idea of "set".

i think make up kit is el juego de maquiaje and set is conjunto. if you ever need help in translating to spanish you can use freetranslation.com. it helps me in all of my spanish assignments.

i think kit might be something like ESTUCHE..idk.. i think thats how u say it... and set would probably be set too.. thats how everyone i know says it..
