he will ask u or tell u something for sure if not

that is so sweet! if you like him so much you should go talk to him. guys like girls making the first move, go up n say hi at least. you only have one chance at life and it is easier to live with mistakes than regrets.
anyways if you can build up a relationship with the guy he might ask you out for valentines!

thats exactly how i was when i first met my g.f
if you dont have a flirty personality then try getting one of your friends to talk to him/ maybe even ask him about what he thinks.
dont be nervous and let him slip away, lifes to short so love the one you got, you never know whats going to happen tomarrow so be a risk taker and find out what he thinks.

go up to him and just say hello....he couldn't turn you away from just saying hello. Try some small talk. If he's got a problem with you, he should let you know...it's your right. If he likes you...more power to ya. Rock on!!!!!
