If you know he likes you, then it's easy! You give him a call and ask him out. No problem!
But if you're not sure of it, then you first MAKE HIM LIKE YOU (belive me, that's easy with boys) and then invite him out.
i guess that the most simple things will work. Like: I like you. Will you go out with me? (use a big flashy smile if it's in person)
