I think that when people curse it is because they can't think of anything more intelligent to say. You don't really need to be very creative to blurt out swears.

No although my cursing could put a sailor to shame sometimes. I know it's not "ladylike" and I generally watch my mouth around others and people I don't know well, because for some people who don't hear it a lot it is shocking. Sometimes the look on peoples faces is funny, but it is called foul language for a reason because it is foul and UNATTRACTIVE. I thinks it's hereditary cuz my mom swore all the time too, not really but like all languages you speak what you are around.

I think cursing is very unattractive.
I've never understood the need to curse, especially in everyday life.
I really really really hate the f-word.

Of course not ... but would it stop anyone from cursing..??
During unspeakable and frustrating circumstances its most expected.(in my opinion) and a very large majority of people curse, whether they want to be honest on here or not....
If its continuously, casually and loudly spoken its just not welcomed and doesn't sound nice at all.

Nope. My SO is from "the wrong side of the tracks" and every 2nd word that comes from his mouth is a curse word. I hate it, and tell him all the time to stop...
Just like spitting...that is horrid...

i don't find it attractive... i mean it's ok if they swear once in a while, i mean it's kind of a natural instinct for most guys, lol, but if they swear like a sailor i don't find it attractive.

not really...if they say like f*ck all the time then its annoying cuz there trying SO HARD 2 be cool. but if they like are in hte habit of just like saying one or two when there angry its not 2 bad.
