If you don't have a local Nissan dealership (like me, where the only import dealers in my town are Mazda, Subaru, and Audi), then the cheapest, easiest way to buy a Nissan Murano would be to go to Nissanusa.com and order one. The car will be shipped to your house for a fee between $500 and $750, and you get to pick your own colors and options.
If you're looking for a used one, then the next easiest way would be to go to Autotrader.com and do a search for used and new Nissan Muranos in your area. Autotrader is the largest dealer of used and new cars, with over 2 million listings in the United States alone. They also have subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Brazil, and a few other countries. Most sellers on Autotrader list as much information as they can on the car they're selling, including VIN number, condition, and any parts that need repair.
If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
