When i listen to Loveline, it's so clear that the majority of americans who have BF and GF believe that it's totally OK to have sex with every mate they have. Like if they have a GF they have sex then the next GF they meet, they also have sex.. and so on.
I don't think sex is a game but what i get from listening to shows like this or MTV shows is that Casual sex is very common and nbody thinks theres any wrong in it

Well if u look around these days sex is like the ice breaker for relationships, so its very common why do u think there are so many young women who are becoming young mothers. Now days its "cool" if u have had more experiences rather than meaningful relationships.

I can see where you get that from. And I agree with you. I don't think sex is a game, but unfortunately we as humans (not only americans) have made sex into a common trend. Sex doesn't have the meaning that it use to have. What use to be between two people that love each other is now between two people that hav known each other for a few hours and want fun. I think its sad, it really is. Especially when you hear about 12, 13 year olds getting pregnant. Why would they possibly want to have sex?

Hey Bestos, watch your tongue! Yes it's true that there is far too much casual sex in this world but to pin it on Americans alone! You have nerve. If you have issue with infedelity why don't you look around the world. Just because you don't have access to worldly sexual affairs that doesn't mean that this isn't something that has been going on since the begining of time by all cultures. Even in the animal kingdom, there are species that just plant their seed and move on. So why don't you take you bigot views and cry to someone who actually subscribes to the same kind of narrow minded garbage as you do.

I think the ones that hop from bf to gf like that thinks that they won't get Aids, but it's out there and it will happen if they keep on the road they are on. No sex is not a game and people need to remember that when they are having sex with motable parenters and not using precaution be safe people rap it up .

Crappy shows like Loveline and MTV are based on that. Makes more money and brings in listeners. Doesn't mean everybody is like that. Those shows are smut so don't base anything on that.

I don't know. I don't understand the growing popularity of casual sex and personally think it's revolting. I don't think you should have to be married per say but you should at least be in a very serious, lasting, relationship.

oh come on now your just making generalizations, those arent good!
there are actually alot of people that either: dont want to have sex, cant have sex, or wont have sex due to religious beliefs
but all you hear about are people having sex, because everyone likes to focus so much on the negative instead of the positive
my ex girlfriend didnt want to have sex because it was against her religion

Alot of men and women don't care about anything but having sex with as many different people that they can. I think alot of times men and women brag also. I know different men who use women for sex.

don't bash my americans...we're awesome, though some are a little more morally loose than others, we're free to do whatever we want...but you know tv doesn't show how many of those people get std's...and thats sad, because there are tons out there with std's, and ALSO, its not just an american thing, it happens in your country too. we just make it known.
