I mean, I dont want abs. And I also absolutely *DO NOT* want to lose any of my other assets!!!!!! I just want my stomach to be a LOT flatter. Do you guys have any tips on what kind of foods I should eat (or eat more of), how much I should eat them, what kind of exercises to do, and how often to do them, etc?

And no, I dont have to have this done by certain time, I just want to do this for myself b/c I'm tired of looking down at theat pulge. And I'm 15 years old, my stomach dont need to get any bigger! I already got some big titties, with a LiL a**, so having a big stomach is NOT attractive with that! LoL!!!!! BUT! If you do have tips on how to lose the weight REALLLLLLY fast, you can tell me that too! Thanks!!!!!!!

Exercise more and eat less. Best diet ever. As long as you work off more calories than you eat, you should look great.

Well you stated flat belly for each, so that is just about the age-historic entrance vs. again debate. I'm an @ss guy myself, so I'm gonna must move with colossal butt and small breasts, however I cannot strain the value of /proportions/ an excessive amount of.

Do lots of crunches, twisting crunches and reverse crunches..If you don't know what these are check out this web site: www.sparkpeople.com It's a website all based around weight lose and different methods to lose weight. I think you would get some really great tips off there. Good luck.

crunches and situps. They ahelp keep your stomach small. At least flatter. Do 15 a night (either), then maybe 15 in the morning but dont do too much at night. You do n ot want to excercise excessively at night.

NOTHING AT ALL WITH THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

High Fructose corn Syrup
Partially Hydrogenated Oils
Anything ending with "ose"

Add 15 minutes of brisk walking a day and you're all set!

there is no way to lose weight in a specific area. you just have to eat fewer calories than you burn per day (go to www.caloriesperhour.com to find this) so you lose weight all over. try doing 20-40 minutes of cardio per day if you don't want to diet, like running or biking.
