whats the installtion software that is included with the Creative Zen touch. version 1.01.03.. if you can locate it and tell me where excatly where i can find it then that will work!!! ASAP your answer!

if your mp3 player is any thing like mine it doesnt have software with it you just plug it into the usb port and go to my computer and click the drive it is such as g c d ect it open that up there should be a folder labled mp3 if not then thats all the further u need now click on the music files u want on ur mp3 player and drag them to that folder must be in mp3 format if u dont have music already on ur computer u can download limewire it is free to use and u can find most songs on it www.limewire.com u can upgrade to pro but it cost to do so once u get music on to ur computer folow the instructions above to delete them just go to the drive it is find the song and drag them to the trash or click delete either one will work
