I have a really weird, loud, and sometimes demented, or so my friends say laugh. When I start laughing everyone in the room starts laughing.

i laugh hard when i think somethings really funny and i have round cheeks so my eyes squint when I'm really laughing !
and i laugh in cycles that end in a sigh

Well, First I build up pressure in my diaphragm, then I release said pressure in short bursts while constricting and relaxing me vocal cords.
