hint at him - flirt with him MORE (but not too much) this will encourage him to make a move - maybe the only thing that's holding him back from asking you out is that he's not sure if you're that into him as he is to you - so tease the guy, be playful and cute, play mind games and he'll eventually do it OH! and one more thing - wear something hot, sexy, sophisticated, (not too much...u know what i mean) and that will (guarantee you) get his attention - like in that movie "clueless" - the more skin you show, the more guys think about s*x and that will get his attention :)

Like, it's just fine if you make the first move. But don't come on too strong or he'll think you are loose. Some guys like being asked, some guys freak out when the girl makes the first move.

You completely opened up to the guy. You gave the guy your number and offered to talk to him. You didn't let him down when he wanted to hang out. What you did was show interest. Being nice is when you talk to them but don't push them off in a mean way when you're not interested in them What you did was let him into your life and he took that as you potentially being interested in him. I read what everyone else said and there's a very vague line between leading someone on and being nice. What you have done was be too nice.

Umm depends on the kind of guy he is. And the type of person u r. If u want to, make the first move. If u r a bit shy, then wait for him. But if he is shy too, then you should be the first to say something or else u wont get anywhere.

lol well I say, just let things happen. But let him know somehow that you like him. Flirt with him, and if he likes you.. he'll eventually make the 1st move!

if you can wait, wait for him to make the move.
but if you want to help things move along, making him feel special is your best bet. talk to him more, smile more, make yourself more availabe.
make him feel like an idiot for not making a move yet.
