You want your 2006 W2 forms to pay your 2006 taxes? The W2 comes from your employer(s). If, by any chance, they are one of the few putting them in digital form, you still get them from the employer or their agent. So, ask your employer's personnel or payroll office if they have them online and how you get them. They should be free.

W2 is provide by your employer, you could ask them to send you the info in an email perchance, if there are any other tax forms you are looking for check out irs.gov

You may not be able to, but the company that does your taxes could possibly download them for you. That is if your employer submits them electronically.
