Me and my boyfriend of a year have been kind of irritated with eachother i can kind of sense it. I feel like something is holding us back from having a better relationship. Do you think it would be to controlling if i were to write out a list of the things that i thing are going wrong in our relationship and tell him them. My last straw was about a minute ago when i called and hes like WHAT..latly thats how he has been answering when i call.

sounds good, if your relationship isn't improving, express yourself freely to better understand what the problem is, solve it, then your relationship should be better. if you break up, then you break up, it just wasn't meant to be. move on.

It would be a good idea if you did bring it up to him, sit down and speak about it. If you bring a list of the things that are making the relationship go sour your looking for an arguement. Think about how your going to word it to him.

To answer the second part of your question:

It seems that he is losing interest & in his mind you might have done something wrong to have your relationship come to such a sudden stop.

Don't write about it, talk about it face to face. It's more personable and effective. Besides, don't hide behind paper, and don't let him hide his reaction, either. Confronting him personally will allow you to watch his reactions.

But if he continues being a "WHAT" jerk, don't put up with it. You can find out a lot about a person after knowing them for a year or two. What would he act like if you were married?

It's not goofy.
I've written it before. Communication is the cornerstone of any lasting relationship.
Just watch that you aren't the one who makes all the effort. Don't let him take you for granted.

you could do it but if hes really that mean when you call him consider your self a new boyfriend or just try it and see how things go but the list is pretty controlling

I think you should do it and let him make his own list. Then talk about it and decide if you really have a chance of being happy together.

not goofy at all to be honest with him. remember tho you can not change him. You can only change the things you do that irritate him... that may (usually does) bring about a change in how he acts.

I just wouldn't call him anymore and when and if he asked why you don't confront him about the situation then. If he refuses to talk about it then tell him you need your space. It's a common phrase for us girls.lol
