It's definitely Catalan, I only found a partial translation, so I'll leave ? for the remaining parts. Hopefully there's a Catalan speaker in
our group who can fill in the rest.

Looked up Gussett on Google. It seems to be
a sort of bicycle. I don't know if that's what's meant here.
