he can get it at 16,,tell him he doesn't have that much longer to wait,,then he can get his permit,,good luck hope this help,s.

I used to live in Tucson up until a week ago. Last I had heard, you have to be 15 and 7 months to get a permit, then take a drivers test once you turn 16 to get an actual license.

i believe learners permit should be 15 so that kids have time to learn but driving isnt the only thing u should know to take ur drivers test u should also know other safety stuff like how much aclhohol is in a shot of tequila or beer. its important so they know why u shouldnt drink and drive
