ask him out you have nothing to lose and everything to gain but dont ask him out outta nowhere talk to him and ask him to like go to the mall with you and a couple friends and go from there

There really isn't anything you can do. If someone doesn't like you you can't make them change the way they feel. Why would you even want to? Isn't it better when people like you because they want to and because they think you're a great person to know?
Forget about this particular boy. There are other boys who, I'm sure, would glad to get to know you. Get to know some of them and in the meantime, stay busy and involved in things that leaves you little time to think about the boy who doesn't like.
You'll find someone who shares your feelings and it will be this boy's loss. Good Luck!

it takes two for a relationship to work but if you want ask him out and see what he say and if he says no you just say back and be like no only as friends then he will see something that he likes about you soon you two are dating
