In a mall salon, we called the police - the person was in the mall and was arrested and made to pay. Your situation is a little different. Maybe you could report her to Crime Stoppers and have her pic on TV. Get that biatch!

It really depends on what state you live in. I am a cosmetologist in the state of Michigan and basically, you would have to prove that you provided her with services, I have some co-workers who made special "receipts" that clients sign prior to starting the service. They basically list the services and the prices and they have a place for the client to sign their name and date consenting to have their hair done and pay. I don't think that would help you though because it sounds like you let this heffa leave your shop on credit. Screw that!! You worked hard and you deserve to be paid. Next time don't let them leave without paying if you have to block the door, she needs a beatdown. Call her again from a different number and tell her you have filed a police report and she will be served with papers within the week if you don't catch her *** first. Good luck girl it is hard in this business.

You can take her to small claims court.. it's like a breach in contract.. you gave services and she didn't pay... she broke the contract (so yes.. contract law is where you'd start) good luck!
