what is the generic name for enzymes that break the bonds that hold starch molecules together?

i have 2 possible answers-- amylase and diastatic enzymes

Alpha and beta amylase are two forms of diastatic enzymes.
There are other diastatic enzymes besides amylase, though I'm hard pressed to recall which they were at the moment.
