Anywhere from 3-5 days, depending on the person and their activities. The environment also contribute with that too. If you're sweating a lot, I would say 1-2 days.

Dehydration is a NASTY way to die.

--Note: If ABSOLUTLY necessary, you can drink your own urine. Urine is high in salt, and will help your body sweat less. Of course, this is a last resort, and is not highly recommended.
