If you are still in high school, tell your parents. Maybe they can go over to his house and talk to his parents and him together about this.
He shouldn't be harassing you. If you have caller id, just pick up the phone and hang it up when he calls. Do not even say hello. Ignore him as much as possible.

Honey.. he's in love with you because of your looks. Tell him straight off that you are going to date around and that he's not your only man. If he asks you out one day.. tell him that you are going out with Jim. If he asks you out on another day.. tell him you are going out with me. Keep giving him the run around. If he doesn't get the idea.. then tell him that his dick just isn't big enough for you and you need someone that can satisfy you. He will get mad.. but that's the price you pay. There is absolutely no way to let a guy down easy unless you two can agree that you want each other for just physical intimacy. You can, on the other hand.. find a girlfriend for him.
