Get to her first or your best friend will get to her. Just make sure she knows who she really likes/wants and don't get used or played by her. Women like attention from men and and she might use both of you!

Well I would talk to your friend. Be honest with him and let him know how both of you feel!.. but let him know that you do not want to hurt your relationship as best friends so you would like to know what he thinks of all of this?

Since she doesn't lke your best friend then I would take her.... but if u don't want to hurt you best friend then don't because I've seen a screwed up relationship between friends because one of them got the girl they both liked

Talk to him....tell him that she told you she likes you....you'd like to pursue it because you like her too....but not at the expense of your friendship....Ask him where he would stand on it?....I guess I would go with his feelings.....not unless you see her as marriage material....girls come and go....but a good friend can be a lifetime relationship.
