Colby is my favorite...can never have too much cheese! I'm sorry that I don't know why it taste so good. Just don't ever watch any of those shows where they tell you how it is made and aged cause it might gross you out. I don't go for any of those hoity toity cheeses though they smell weird. Oh and always stay away from butt cheese.

Funny question, i think you got lucky with some fabulous taste buds to love and appreciate cheese. just imagine how many different varieties of cheese there are and you can try them all because your are a cheese lover. Any way you need to throw a cheese and wine party you will love it, cheese and wine and crackers go really good together.
