Dolly Parton Soup
Cut up into big pot:
1 head cabbage
1 bunch green onions
3 celery stalks
1 bell pepper
6 fresh or, (I use) 1 lg. can whole tomatoes, cut up
8 cups water
chicken bouillon (it's not chicken)
1 whole box Lipton Onion Soup
Simmer this until done. It starts out barely able to fit in the pot but, shrinks down. You can season the way you want but, I just think it's good like this.
P.S. I don't think Dolly has anything to do with this soup, it's just called that because supposedly she made it all the times she dieted. Who knows. It's good and healthy and ya feel like you had a big meal. They say the more you eat of it the better it works for ya.

1/4 cup corn oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 pickled jalapeño peppers, stemmed, halved and seeded
1 teaspoon chili powder (or more to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Cook rice in salted water as directed on the package. (The rice can be cooked ahead and chilled.)

Combine cooked rice, beans, corn, green onion, and sweet pepper in a large bowl. Toss lightly to mix.
Vinaigrette:
Combine corn oil, lime juice, vinegar, brown sugar, jalapeño pepper, chili powder, cumin and salt in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend or process until smooth.

If you are only giving up meat for "a couple of days"-why can't you eat some of the things you mentioned? There is no meat in bread or yogurt.I don't understand .Maybe try vegetarian web sites.

Why just veggies and fruit?

What about:

lentils, navy beans, black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, soybeans, eggless pasta, eggless bread, rice, barley, oats, quinoa, tofu?

Without being able to have a bit of dairy or a bit of carbs...gosh, I just can't help you. Trying to lose weight fast? You're just gonna have to suffer without eating actual meals.

I think you should allow yourself any kind of light soups, even if they have rice or dairy.
