He's on "crunches" to keep his abs in shape.....

TWO REASONS:
1. The most important reason;
HE STOPPED WEIGHTLIFTING. He exercises on a stationary bicycle while reading the paper. When you do not lift weights, your bones get weaker, your muscles get smaller.
2. I read he tripped over a ski pole while standing, waiting to go snow skiing. Excuse me? Tripped and broke his leg?
My son said to me today that Arnold was always big. He said that the photos TODAY of him shows my son, in his opinion, that I am now BIGGER than Arnold!
And Arnold is my No. #1 hero. Say it isin't so, Arnie.

Skiing accident and he doesn't do well on a Harley Davidson either however I give him credit for trying both.
