By being sick. I was down with flu for two weeks, lost my appetite and didnt eat anything except water and fruits. I lost 4 kg (nearly 9lb) in a week's time. Remember this is not healthy, once you lost some weight, start a new blalanced and healthy diet so your weight will stay ideal. Otherwise you will feel too tired to do anything due to lack of nutrition. The key is to eat everything in moderation and stop eating before you feel full. You can do it!

when i need to lose a quick twenty or thirty, i completly stop eating sugar. i drink cystal light and water instead of soda. dont eat any breads, pastas, oils or excessive fats. i start eating fresh fruits because i really dont like very many vegitables. i go to the gym three times a week for like a month and the weight comes off pretty fast. sometimes ill go a couple days without food, only liquids. ill skip a day at least every other. its probably not the healthyest way, but this is in my opinion, a great way to lose, fast.

ok well there could be some crappy side afects but you cant die unless you over does ok well you know the drug for add aderol ihave add and i used to weight about 150 im a dude so thats about normal weight and i fuigered out i have add had to start taking aderol and now im 130 and u can eat waht ever u want

get the atkins book and see another diet in there thats more radical....it will drop 15 pounds in two weeks but it won't last. same with atkins...you can drop 30 pounds in a month (i did) but then you have to switch to the real answer after that which is limit intake and exercise....sorry
