They go around the punched holes and sold at Office Max, Office Depot, Staples. I want to find them online, so I need the name please!

They are called paper reinforcers. I use them all the time. Very helpful.

DON'T USE THEM, they come off easily in my experience. Instead put some tape on both sides of the paper over the ripped hold and re punch it, stronger and more permanent.

That doesnt work for me I like to rip paper if its trash i rip to a million pieces.
