Lindt is my favorite, it just melts in your mouth. Ghiradelli is good too, there is this store in Disney World where all the shakes and ice cream are made with Ghiradelli...mmmm...
I'm not a big fan of Godiva, maybe it's too popular for me. I've never had Guylian.

Ghiradelli, just sumptous, Lindt those creamy truffles are the best. Never tried Guylian, and godiva tried once so really can't give an opinion.

Callebaut, Ghirardelli and Valrhona are all great
add equal parts hot heavy cream and a dash of Godiva liquer and you have the making of a great ganache. Start rolling those truffles.

It is the fat content in chocolate that makes it taste so good because of the way it lays on your tongue and helps to infuse the chocolate's flavor into your tastebuds. Americans, in their fear of fat, have taken much of the fat out of commercial chocolate, thus making chocolate very average, and even cheap, tasting. The good tasting chocolates you mentioned, but especially Swiss chocolate, do not skimp on the fat, thus making a far superior chocolate.
