If you have some white wine and real butter you can make shrimp scampi . If you have some ham and provolone cheese, bread crumbs you can make chicken cordon blue.
If it's for romance go for the shrimp

I had an awesome dinner. Diced chicken breast cooked in olive oil in a pan for 15 mins with onion, tomato, spinach and peas and Marie's Blue Cheese dressing. Poured over pasta, abosolutely delicious, quick 1 bowl meal with white zinfandel - perfection!
