He broke up with me because he was confused about his feelings towards me. He had told me a week before that he loved me and I believed him. The day he broke up with me I asked him if we were gonna break up and he said well we could or we could be together till i finally make up my mind. And I started crying so he broke up with me then.

I don't mean to sound heartless... but don't do that!
And don't confuse love with familiarity!
With as many men on this planet.. he is all you have to look forward to... Do you not think highly of yourself that you can not do better... That you have to settle! Don't be stagnate in your life..
How do you know he wants you?

Move on. Date someone else. If he still has feelings for you and is scared of losing you he will attempt to get back together when he sees you are not pining away for him. And who knows, you might actually like someone else instead of him. Second time around with an ex usually doesn't work. The reason you two broke up is usually still there in the background

Depends who did the breaking up and why. Usually just giving space and letting him know that you are getting on with your own life is the only way for him to notice and the only way for you not to look like a stalker.
Don't chase after him - this is only used by guys to show their friends how desperate you are. So kick back and relax and i'm sure he knows that your available but maybe that is the problem

if he dumped you, you're too good for him and shouldn't want him back. if you dumped him, remember why you did it. you probably don't want to go back to a relationship that didn't work in the first place.
