How can i start talking to girls?

i am really shy around women i like
i dont want to be
but i am afraid of rejection to the point where i dont try to talk
i look calm
but am not

and how can i start talking to girls that i am intersested in
some i can talk to in sme conversation
but can never ask them out

others whom i do not know well
i cannot talk to at all

any help?

Try not to think of the outcome of an interaction with a girl. Just because you talked to her doesn't mean that she's interested or disinterested. She may pretend to be disinterested or out right reject you at one moment and then the next week she likes you. Try to have fun. That's the most important thing.

Open your mouth and let the words come out. Pick women who seem a little interested in you...that you aren't intimidated by. Some women (believe it or not) won't bite you...unless that's what you want them to do. Anyway, just remember that just because you're interested in her doesn't mean that she'll be interested in you. People have the right to reject someone they're not attracted to. So don't be offended if and when it does happen.

You need to develop game!

You need to just keep speaking to every girl you see in general. Build up the confidence to speak to lots of girls all the time.

Heres a little game.

Give a friend, who understands your problem $100. Go out one night and for every group of girls you engage in conversation with he gives you $10 back. trust me this will work!

You will then be speaking to girls all the time anyway u like! Asking them out comes from confidence.

Rejection is nothing. When u play a computer game if you die you start again. Its the same with girls. She may say no but the nest wont!
