You can say that like "te gusta ver esposas desesperadas?", which is translated literally as "do you like to watch desperate wives?"
"Observar" is Spanish for "watch", but when it comes to TV, "ver" ("to see") is ok.
Remember you don't have to translate literally, but fit your translation to the way people speaks Spanish. When it comes to ask if someone likes to watch certain tv show, the usual is to ask "te gusta ver...?" (do you like to watch...?).
BTW... In México, "desperate housewives" was translated "esposas desesperadas" (desperate wives), I don't know how they named it in other latin american countries....
