im going to get carmen electras strip one, which is supposed to be good, im getting mine out of asda for £6.47 on this one you can pick the music that you want to listen too.

nell mcandrew ultimate cardio if you have an ok level of fitness its awesome

they are all scams i wouldnt bother with them not many can actually help i would say go to the gym!!!!!
