I am trying to cut down on my calories....How many calories (on average) should I eat during breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Snack? Thanks!

272 calories per meal.

I was put on a weight loss diet once by my doc.I'm male 5' 7" and he said 1200 cal. per day should do it. You will loose weight on that but you have to figure out and read the fine print on packages.Cheating gets you nowhere.Good Luck

you simply divide your daily caloric intake by the number of meals per day that you are going to eat.

if your caloric intake is 2000 cals a day and you eat 5x a day then..

2000 / 5 = 400 cals per meal
