I recently got a D on a math test. I've never gotten a D in this class before! I made a lot of careless mistakes, now I feel really depressed and anxious about what my current grade his.

Everything happens for a reason. I can tell you've learned from your mistake and you can still bring that grade back up. Good luck and God bless!

Here's some support for you.

Put your nose back into the books and study.

I do mean this sincerely.

You already know what the problem is by stating careless mistakes.

Now, it's time to work on the solution.

well, just calm down and the same thing happened to me! And it wasn't even my fault, the teacher made a mistake. And I had to suffer a C+ on my report card!I tried to quit honors math, but she didn't let me. Well, just study harder for the next test or ask the teacher for advice on what you should do.

Talk to your teacher about your concerns. If this teacher is worthy of being called such, he/she will do all she can to help you pick up your GPA by offering you other work to do so you can learn what you need to learn.

Get off Yahoo answers and open up your math book. You should be studying, not playing.

Kid, I'm all grown up, and I assure you: you shouldn't sweat it. You messed up, and you'll do it again; just pick yourself up and do the best you can next time.
