Yes the Post Office is the only company that can put things in a Post Office Box. Prioity mail is a great choice for all your mailing needs whether it is to a PO Box or not. The post Office will give you free boxes and labels and you can print shipping labels from your computer with the Postage on them already at USPS.com . Your carrier will take them right from your home or office. They are the only company right now without fuel surcharges and no fee for Saturday delivery.

So, 8 years later, I had the same question. Why? Because the label form asks for a Street Address. There is no apparent option for a PO Box. I had to do a search to confirm that this is an option for PO Box delivery. I love the update on the original post!
